Automatic Batch Grinder

Designed for use with an automatic discharging grinding bowl (2000 cm³). The PLC system controls unloading, cleaning, and mill operation.
Operator steps are minimal: pour sample into hopper → press “Start” → remove sample collector. These steps can also be done by a robot, making the mill ideal for robotic systems.
The mill includes a steel cabinet with aesthetic lining. A password protection prevents unauthorized use.
Grinding assembly: disc-shaped plate + curved bottom bowl. Sample is retained at regular intervals in a standard RM2-type bowl. After grinding, a special valve opens to discharge the ground material. Grinding and discharge times are adjustable.
After discharge, the mill automatically moves the bowl to the cleaning system to avoid cross-contamination. Residue is discharged into an external dust collection system.
The bowl lid is easy to remove for inspection of the grinding chamber.
